| Thank you very much for the beautiful george clock you gave us to celebrate our new lake house. I love it! It will always remind me of you and the help and advice you gave us as we built this new house. I could not have done it without you. You were sohelpful with everything- from the floors to the tile to paint colors- not to mention furniture. I just can’t thank you enough. I love everything you’ve done. | Just want to THANK YOU for the BEAUTIFUL work you did in my house. I have really enjoyed working with you and your staff. When I had a question either Heather or YOU would promptly return my call. Josh and Jason we great to work with also. When they delivered furniture, etc. they arrived when they said they would and were very careful with the things they were bringing in, as well as the furniture in my house.
I LOVE everything you did with the decorating and the colors feel so comfortable. I am enjoying my house for the first time in fifteen years. I had no idea how colors added to a persons “state of mind”. Everything you picked out was just what I liked. Thanks again for a BEAUTIFUL JOB WELL DONE.

| My wife and I recently built our retirement home at Smith Mountain Lake. We did much searching and a personal interview with builders before selecting one. PAC Interiors and its principal, Pat Cundiff, was a major member of the builder’s team and critical in making this one of the most successful ventures we have ever had in our life. At the beginning, PAC Interiors was the subcontractor to supply the woodflooring, the tile, and the carpet. However, we were soon to learn that Pat Cundiff was the most important team member, beyond the builder, to enable us to complete our dream home at the Lake. She worked with us throughout the entire project, helping us with all major decisions affecting the look, feel, and furnishing of our home. When we went for our initial visit with Pat, she had already gone over our house plans and talked with our builder about our thoughts and desires. Not only did she recommend the selections for flooring and tile in all the rooms, she recommended the colors for exterior siding and roofing and took us to a local stone supplier where she recommended the stone to be used on our exterior foundation. Her tastes and talent for exterior and interior design was truly impressive. We took her recommendations that day and learned quickly to rely on her for virtually all such recommendations throughout the construction project. Whenever a question of design arose, we deferred to her. She helped us with the selection of our cabinets, the redesign of the front of the house, and the redesign of the fireplace and surrounding mantle to achieve a truly integrated and coherent look to the house both inside and out. She was invaluable!!! After the construction was complete, we continued to use Pat and PAC Interiors for the furnishings of many of the major rooms in the home. She helped us integrate our existing furniture with new furniture, refinishing furniture where we needed it. We also relied on her for home decoration and the selection of new accessories. In one instance, she brought potential accessories to the house and decorated a couple of rooms while we were away. We were “blown away” after returning and have hardly changed a thing from her initial selections. Pat was recently selected for major recognition by the Smith Mountain Laker Magazine as one of the three Best Interior Designers at the Lake. I can only say AMEN!!! She is fabulous. My wife and I highly recommend Pat Cundiff as an interior designer and consultant to anyone building or renovating a home at Smith Mountain Lake. She is talented, experienced, has great connections all over the Lake, and gives great advice on any aspect of exterior or interior design. She is very conscious about the homeowners’ budget. She always gave us very detailed cost estimates of our selections and we were never surprised when the final bills came. You could not do better than selecting Pat Cundiff as your interior designer and consultant. |
